This is the Real Deal – Not Boxercise

The Boxing programs provides instruction in the basics of boxing that include rhythm, footwork, coordination, combinations, heavy bag work, and hitting focus mitts. These workouts provide a total body workout, increasing stamina, muscle tone, and burning more calories than most other workouts available. Programs are highly individualized and are for all ages and ability levels.

The Teen & Adult Program at Competitive Edge is geared towards the development of a sound body and mind through training in the martial arts.

Brandon at Competitive Edge is an exceptional boxing and martial arts teacher. He excels at teaching people at all ages. I have been going to his classes for a year and it has been an amazing experience. I knew nothing about boxing or martial arts and he has helped me really take things to another level. His training has helped me on and off the mat and with great meaning. I absolutely love his classes and anyone looking to try to improve themselves in this sport, he is the man to do that. He teaches with discipline, patience, hard work, and exceptional technique. No regrets, awesome coach and professional.

I have been going to Competitive Edge for a little over five years now and I love the small classes because then you don't have to worry about not getting your questions answered. I also like Competitive Edge because of the instructors. I like the instructors because they each have their own personality and it is good to have different people with different personalities teaching, because then the students will know how to deal with people with those personalities.
